If you have reserved tickets (not yet paid for) but have not checked in by
10 minutes to show time, we reserve the right to release you reservation
to those waiting on standby.
If you have purchased tickets online, your ticket will be honored and a
seat held, however late seating is at the discretion of the box office
and your party may not be able to sit together.
If you need to cancel/exchange your tickets, please contact the box office at least 4 hours prior to show start to give use enough time to process your request. We will gladly cancel and refund online sales when we are given advance notice.
